WEST HAKAMA trousers in a cool navy color. Our contemporary interpretation of classic Japanese hakama trousers. Loose cut, wide pleated legs, front zipper, and elastic waistband at the back – for comfort and fit.

In Japanese tradition, pleats (usually seven) symbolize virtues such as loyalty, honesty, justice, and courage. In our model, the characteristic pleats give form and lightness – there are usually 6 at the front and 6 at the back. For wider hips, we design 4 pleats at the back to ensure a better fit.

Made from a substantial tencel blend with polyester – a flowing fabric, pleasant to the touch, moves beautifully with every step, does not wrinkle, and provides a pleasant cooling effect on hot days.

Eastern style, Western comfort. Perfect for everyday wear and special occasions.

Care:
Hand wash or machine wash (30°C, delicate cycle). Iron inside out (max 100°C). Dry vertically, without spinning – tencel loves it.
