Complaints
If the product you purchased has a manufacturing defect or a defect has occurred during its use that prevents further use of the product in accordance with its intended purpose, send us a completed complaint form to the company address or by e-mail:

Please attach photos of the product to your correspondence showing the defect that is the basis for the complaint.
In case of sending by e-mail, please include in the title of the e-mail: “Complaint: order no. or receipt no.”.
If we are unable to assess the product defect based on the photo, we will ask you to send the product to the following address:
HABUNTAY ul. Zakopiańska 9/2, 03-934 Warsaw.
Send the parcel at our expense.
We will respond to the complaint immediately after analyzing it, no later than 14 days from the date of its submission. We will inform you by e-mail or phone about the proposed solution.
If the complaint is accepted, we will replace the faulty product or remove the defect. Detailed information on the complaint process and consumer rights can be found in the e-shop Regulations.
Return of purchases
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.
To withdraw from the contract, please place the completed return form in
shipment with the returned goods.

The cost of returning the product is borne by you.
The return of goods will only be accepted if they do not show any traces of use.
